You can find me drinking my bone broth in the morning, as a mid-day snack, or before bed.
Let’s dive into its incredible benefits!
Why Bone Broth?
Bone broth is made by simmering animal bones and connective tissue for an extended period, extracting valuable nutrients like collagen, gelatin, amino acids, and minerals. This process results in a nutrient-dense liquid that is easy to digest and deeply nourishing.

Instructions:
1️⃣ Place bones in a slow cooker or large pot.
